III class of fracture resistance
Doors of the "Gold" series (gold) are genuine factory quality, which is confirmed by a certificate of conformity to the European standard EN 1627 and, according to it, has III class of resistance to burglary. That is, it is guaranteed to withstand the active onslaught of intruders for 30 minutes. Thanks to a special design, additional protective elements, high-quality locks and protective accessories, this product of technological thought is a reliable protection of the home. "GOLD" doors are produced in two designs. In the first case, a bent continuous metal sheet, 1.5 mm thick, laminated with a special PVC film WINSHIELD is used. In the second case, the outer part of the door is made of a solid straight sheet of metal (thickness 1.5 mm), decorated with a moisture-resistant MDF facade with PVC film lamination or an oak decorative facade. On the inside of the door there is also a solid sheet of 1.5 mm metal with a similar external finishing option (PVC film, MDF or oak). Double-glazed windows can be used in the design of "GOLD Series" doors.

Doors of the "Gold+" series are a perfect piece of door art. They correspond to the IV class of burglary resistance and are guaranteed to withstand at least 45 minutes of even more active onslaught by intruders, even with the use of power tools. The door has also been tested for resistance to penetration by a bullet from a TT pistol and meets the requirements of the "Bank Register" certification system as a 2nd class bulletproof door.
GOLD+ doors are manufactured in two designs. In the first case, a bent continuous metal sheet, 1.8 mm thick, laminated with a special PVC film WINSHIELD is used. In the second case, the outer part of the door is made of a continuous straight sheet of metal (thickness 3.0 mm), decorated with a moisture-resistant MDF facade with PVC film lamination or an oak decorative facade. On the inside of the door there is also a solid sheet of 1.8 mm metal with a similar external finish to choose from (PVC film, MDF or oak). In the design of "GOLD+" doors, a double-glazed window can be used.

The doors of the "GLADIATOR+" series are made on the basis of the "GLADIATOR" doors, but have even more advantages due to the decoration in the form of decorative facades made of bent metal sheets and laminated with WINSHIELD PVC film (this combination is the most vandal-resistant and has a high degree of moisture protection and ultraviolet), which are attached from the outside of the door to a solid sheet of metal, thus creating additional protection of the door leaf from several sheets of metal and improving heat and noise insulation. In the design of the door, you can combine several colors of decorative film, as well as double-glazed windows, both with the use of protective grilles and without them or imitation of double-glazed windows. The interior decoration of the door is made of laminated MDF lining.

The structure of the "GLADIATOR" door has a solid sheet of metal laminated with a decorative PVC film WINSHIELD from the outside. This combination is the most vandal-resistant and has a high degree of protection against moisture and ultraviolet light, and also creates a restrained and sophisticated modern look of GLADIATOR doors. This door model is completely suitable for use as an entrance door to a house or apartment. A double-glazed window can be used in the GLADIATOR door design. The interior decoration of the door is made of laminated MDF lining.

Certified as entrances to apartments with fire resistance limit EI-30
Doors of the "Komfort+" series are genuine factory quality, which is confirmed by a certificate of conformity in accordance with DSTU B V.2.6-11:2011 and, in accordance with it, has the second category of resistance to breakage and fire resistance class EI 30, i.e. it is guaranteed to protect against fire and smoke within 30 minutes. For outdoor use, moisture-resistant MDF 16 mm laminated with PVC films is used.
Fire-fighting products
The "Stal-M" company serially manufactures and, if necessary, carries out licensed installation of certified fire protection single- and double-leaf doors with EI-30 and EI-60 fire resistance limits, as well as EI-60 fire gates and hatches with EI-30 and EI-60 fire resistance limits. Finishing fire doors and hatches with PVC coating and various powder paints makes it possible to harmoniously combine such specific products with the interior of any style.

Hinged metal fireproof doors (VMRP) with a fire resistance limit of EI-60 (60 minutes) are intended for filling construction openings in fire barriers (partitions, walls, etc.) of buildings and structures in order to prevent the spread of fire and smoke gases to the adjacent premises during a standardized period of time.

Metal technical doors are used to fill construction openings in non-residential premises of technical purpose buildings and structures in order to limit access to them by outsiders. They are made both with one sheet of metal without insulation, and with two sheets of metal canvas and filling with insulation.

Design features
1) Are serially completed with the reliable lock of lever type. If necessary, it is possible to install locks of other types, including electronic-mechanical.
2) All safes have internal hinges with the function of adjusting the height of the door.
3) Safe coating - polymer powder coating is resistant to mechanical damage. The doors of the safes can be decorated with PVC film "Vinorit" (made in Israel), the color range of films has 42 colors.
4) Safes manufactured by Stal-M have a factory marking, which indicates the serial number, date of manufacture, information about the manufacturer and the mark of quality control. Product warranty - 12 months.
